The British Acoustic Neuroma Association support research as well as providing support and resources for people affected by Vestibular Schwannomas, Acoustic neuromas and related conditions. Their annual conference is a wonderful opportunity to learn from clinicians and researchers about the latest work and treatments options. I was privileged to be invited to share my story and how I am trying to highlight the need to support for patients in how to explain their diagnosis to family, especially young children.
